Experience
I have held a number of leadership roles with a number of large and small organisations both overseas and in Australia all in the services sector.
A number of these roles involved running large teams across different geographies and cultures, which required significant stakeholder management while driving innovation in a fast-moving environment. For example, I was Regional Vice President for Asia-Pacific working for Sita based in Singapore for eight years.
I enjoys working in teams, facilitating different views and perspectives in a respectful manner that allows constructive debate.
I am currently Chair of a Technology Company in the healthcare sector and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Nominee Statement
I have been a member of the Club for more than 40 years, having joined as a Junior Member in 1978. My involvement with the Club has been primarily around golf, however, I also socialise at the Club regularly with family and friends and am a regular attendee at the Club’s functions. I am also a keen user of the Fitness Centre.
I have been a member of all of the representative golf teams over the years, including Captain of both the Pennant Team and more recently the Larn Cup Team for the last seven years.
I believe I can make a contribution to the Club in the role of Vice President in the following ways:
- Building on my recent experience as a General Committee Member, continue to define and execute the Club’s strategy
- Ensure we have a high performing Management Team, being conscious of finding the balance between empowering this Team whilst providing appropriate oversight and guidance.Engaging and interacting with a wide range of Members to ensure they have a a voice to represent their view and about the Club and their respective experience.
- Building on my role as part of the Cross Generational Thinking Project Team, prioritise and execute relevant projects to deliver on the key findings of this Project.
- To ensure the Club and the Committee exercises prudent financial management and strong governance of the Club’s operations.
- To ensure we maintain a vibrant and respectful culture within the General Committee and Management and that this culture reflects across all aspects of our Club
