Paul Dalton – Vice President

Experience
I have held a number of leadership roles with a number of large and small organisations both overseas and in Australia all in the services sector.

A number of these roles involved running large teams across different geographies and cultures, which required significant stakeholder management while driving innovation in a fast-moving environment. For example, I was Regional Vice President for Asia-Pacific working for Sita based in Singapore for eight years.

I enjoys working in teams, facilitating different views and perspectives in a respectful manner that allows constructive debate.

I am currently Chair of a Technology Company in the healthcare sector and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
