Accommodation rates vary according to the type of room and the category of membership. Special rates are available to members of the Club. The daily tariff covers overnight accommodation only. A half-day rate, subject to availability, is available on application. All rates are inclusive of G.S.T.

 Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of a room within 4 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% room rate per night.
• Cancellation of a room within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of 100% room rate per night.
• Cancellation of group bookings (3 rooms or more) within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 50% room rate per night.
• Cancellation of group bookings (3 rooms or more) within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% room rate per night.

Members wishing to cancel an accommodation reservation should do so in writing either as a fax (02 8362 7070) or email (reception@rsgc.com.au). Members wishing to alter the dates of a stay would not be subject to the cancellation policy, providing the Club was able to accommodate the new dates. This policy also applies to members sponsoring guests to stay at the Clubhouse. The Club cannot guarantee the provision of specific room types or room numbers.
