Primary School Children
- Primary School Children must be signed in and out of School Holiday Golf Programs by a guardian authorised by the Member who made the booking.
- Guardians who are dropping off or picking up Primary School Children are not required to be Members, however, children can only be signed in 15 minutes prior to the Holiday Program commencing.
- Guardians must accompany Primary School Children in the Club until they are signed into their activity.
- Once a Primary School Child is signed into the School Holiday Golf Program, they will be supervised until the Holiday Program concludes.
- Non-members must follow the Royal Sydney dress code and mobile phone policy while they are on site.
- Non-members must vacate the Club immediately after dropping off or picking up a child.
- If the child is running late or will not be attending, we require that a guardian inform staff by contacting the Sport Shop on 8362 7075.
- Children running late will need to be escorted to the Sport Shop to be signed in.
- If the child is absent at the commencement of the Holiday Program and prior notice has not been given that they will not be in attendance, staff will phone the primary contact for the child.
- Supervision will only be available for 15 minutes after the Holiday Program finishes. All children not picked up by that time will be escorted inside the Sport Shop and will remain unsupervised.
- If the parent/guardian is running late to pick up the child, they should proceed directly to the Sport Shop to pick them up and sign them out.
High School Children
- Prior to the School Holiday Golf Program, High School Children must be either signed in by a guardian or they are able to sign themselves in on the Concourse provided permission has been given by the Member when enrolling.
- A staff member will be at the Concourse 15 minutes prior to the Holiday Program commencing to supervise children who have been signed in.
- Children arriving by themselves must make their way directly to the Concourse.
- If the child arrives more than 15 minutes prior to the School Holiday Golf Program, they must be supervised by a guardian, unless permission has been given for them to access the Club by themselves.
- If the child is running late or will not be attending, we require that a guardian inform staff by contacting the Sport Shop on 8362 7075.
- Children running late will need to be escorted to the Golf Practice Facilities to be signed in unless they have permission provided by the Member to sign themselves in.
- If the child is absent at the commencement of the School Holiday Golf Program and prior notice has not been given that they will not be in attendance, staff will phone the primary contact for the child.
- High School Children who are being picked up may either wait in the Sport Shop or meet a guardian at the bench outside Reception (near the Post Box). This is an unsupervised area.
- A staff member will supervise children for 15 minutes after the Holiday Program concludes on the Concourse. After this time, they will be escorted inside the Sport Shop where they will not be supervised.
- High School Children with permission to make their own way home must make their way from the Club as soon as the School Holiday Golf Program has finished or when first practical in the case of catching a bus. These children will not be supervised once the Holiday Program concludes.
Authorisation for drop-off or pick-up by someone who is not the Primary Contact listed (optional)

Please specify the way your child will be accessing the Club if they are not being dropped off and picked up from the Concourse. E.g. pick up outside Reception, catching a bus, riding a bike, walking.*
